The Mom Project is partnering with a global leader in networking, technology, and cybersecurity to hire a Communications Specialist in Atlanta. You will craft and manage internal and supplier communications for the Strategic Supplier Program, supporting leadership audiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in communications, with experience in marketing or sales contexts, and proficiency in PowerPoint and digital content tools to produce compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional communications experience.
• Experience creating professional marketing or sales presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and deliver clear communications for internal stakeholders and suppliers within the Strategic Supplier Program.
• Lead the creation and presentation of leadership-level communication presentations.
• Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in all communications to reinforce program objectives and partner engagement.
• Utilize PowerPoint to enhance content quality and presentation effectiveness.
• Monitor and incorporate feedback to continuously improve communication materials.
• Support internal change management and partner engagement initiatives through effective messaging.
