Dairyland Power Cooperative in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Communications Strategist to develop and refine strategic communications for leadership delivery and execution in a hybrid role. You will serve as a primary liaison among internal stakeholders, coordinating information gathering, deadlines and approvals to keep work moving.

As backup to the Senior Strategist, you will support planning, messaging and materials for high-priority initiatives, coordinate with leadership and external partners,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications or related field (required).
• Strong writing and editing skills with AP style proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Partner with the Senior Strategist to develop and coordinate strategic communications for major initiatives.
• Translate project information and stakeholder insights into clear, messaging-ready materials.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and delivery of community outreach and public engagement activities as needed.
• Back up Senior Strategist and maintain documentation and messaging frameworks.
