HDR is seeking a Communications professional to join the Resources Business Group in transforming how we tell our stories across power, industrial and waste markets. You’ll coordinate the biennial internal conference, manage content creation across channels, and partner with engineers, designers and leaders to elevate HDR’s brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
• Experience in social media, event planning, community engagement, or descriptive writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with multiple teams
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of RBG’s biennial internal conference
• Manage communications database information and web-based project management tools
• Develop content reflecting HDR’s brand across power, industrial and waste markets
• Develop internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars)
• Organize and evaluate analytics to inform content strategy
• Perform other duties as needed
