Job summary

You will collaborate across Pew in the United States and worldwide, contributing to strategic communications and risk management while supporting campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically four years of progressively responsible communications experience.
• Experience in media relations and events planning is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with media monitoring software and familiarity with AP style.

Responsibilities

• Monitor media coverage and compile reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and execute media relations strategies and journalist outreach.
• Plan and support internal and external events to advance priorities.
• Coordinate with Pew colleagues across the U.S. and globally to ensure quality work.
• Prepare and edit communications materials under tight deadlines.
