Job summary

Stinson LLP is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and support the firm’s messaging, branding and content marketing across channels. You will craft compelling content, edit materials, and coordinate distribution with attorneys and external partners.

You will manage media relations, develop content calendars, monitor trends and analytics, and advise on best practices for social media. Strong writing, organization and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations, writing or related field.
• Two to four years of writing experience in journalism, marketing, public relations or internal communications.
• Experience writing for or about professional services.
• Experience developing content calendars and managing marketing content.
• Strong understanding of AP Style.

Responsibilities

• Media & Public Relations: Implement and execute activities that promote the firm's experience and knowledge.
• Content Development & Marketing: Create and edit external marketing materials and collateral.
• Social Media: Coordinate content and manage firm social media accounts and analytics.
• General and Administrative: Monitor media policy compliance and perform other duties as assigned.
