Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or writing.
• Two to four years of writing experience in journalism, marketing, PR, or internal comms.
• Experience writing for or about professional services.
• Experience developing content calendars and managing marketing content.
• Strong understanding of AP Style.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute media and public relations activities to promote the firm’s experience and knowledge.
• Prepare PR materials: press releases, pitches, announcements, awards.
• Collaborate with Media Relations Manager and outside PR agency.
• Monitor and report on media coverage and maintain media lists.
• Coordinate with Marketing Director on the annual PR plan across firm and practice levels.
• Create and disseminate marketing materials that raise visibility and reinforce brand.
