Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree in management or higher education is preferred.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in internal and external communications.
• Establish and maintain a social media presence and website content.
• Generate e-donor newsletters and related items.
• Collect student stories to support recruitment and development.
• Collect university and staff stories for external pieces.
• Assist the Director of Development with campaigns and tasks.
• Assist in writing appeal letters.
• Support communications work study in the office.
• Plan and implement major university events and banquets.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to achieve results.
• Maintain department budget and perform general office tasks.
