Details This seeks an Assistant Director for Communications & Outreach Services to lead and coordinate outreach programs and communications for the academic office. The role involves supervising staff and ensuring accurate, timely information is shared with students, families, and campus partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational and communication skills, with a schedule that may include some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
• Two years related experience; knowledge of federal-state laws and regulations; and demonstrated organizational, communication and human relation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate communications and outreach activities for the office.
• Supervise permanent and/or temporary staff.
• Maintain and update office website; provide technical/operational support.
