Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking a Communications & Marketing Manager to lead internal communications, executive messaging, social media and content development across Velociti and our sister company, SecurNation.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized project manager who can turn business priorities into clear, engaging communications, partnering with leadership, HR and sales to strengthen employee engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in communications, marketing or public relations.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience managing social media and digital content programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with leaders, internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work in the office full-time.

Responsibilities

• Internal & Executive Communications: Develop and execute employee communications, including announcements, newsletters, leadership messages and change communications.
• Marketing & Content Development: Identify and develop employee spotlights, culture stories, customer successes and business updates that strengthen brand awareness and employer branding.
• Social Media & Digital Communications: Manage social media content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Project & Workflow Management: Maintain editorial calendars, project timelines and content schedules, coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time.
