Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, PR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of communications strategy development.
• Content writing for all media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, 365, and SharePoint.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in Alaska Native Corporations and government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategy, including media outreach and social media content.
• Research and create content for website, social media, newsletters, and other publications.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and strategies; stay up-to-date with developments.
• Manage the company’s style guide and ensure branding consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas aligned with strategy.
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns.
• Perform incidental tasks to support team objectives.
