Guided by EGA’s Racial Equity POV and Strategic Framework, the role partners with the Program Director to expand reach and impact, while collaborating with program staff to host virtual community events and support the communications calendar.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic communications to boost the organization’s external profile and enhance members’ understanding of issues.
• Apply EGA’s Racial Equity POV and Strategic Framework in all messaging.
• Coordinate with the Program Director to extend reach and impact of EGA’s activities on the membership.
• Collaborate with program staff to organize virtual community events and support the communications calendar.
