The Communications Coordinator connects the EGA community through strategic written and visual tools that uplift EGA's signature events, and programs. The Coordinator systematically catalogs, researches, and improves processes for EGA’s communications across the print and digital realms. A successful candidate identifies with and deploys EGA’s Racial Equity POV and Strategic Framework as the guiding frameworks for their activities. They experiment with technologies and platforms to deliver bold, strategic content to EGA’s diverse audience of funders, nonprofits, and movement partners. The role is responsible for the development of multimedia content that enhances EGA members' and the philanthropic sector's collective learning and action to support people and planet. The Coordinator also provides essential administrative support while organizing items as needed for virtual and in‑person events.
