Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks a seasoned Communications leader to develop and execute internal and external strategies, elevating the Airport’s reputation across employees, customers and stakeholders.

The role oversees crisis planning, serves as spokesperson, and guides cross‑functional teams in creating impactful content and programs across owned, earned and paid channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field required.
• Six years of experience in journalism, corporate communications, public relations or related field with responsibility for managing strategic internal and external communication.
• Experience producing and supervising corporate annual reports and other publications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes internal and external strategies to favorably position the Airport and advance its image globally.
• Collaborates across departments to reach audiences through multiple channels including owned, earned and paid media.
• Drafts speeches, press releases, social content and other communications assets.
• Manages vendors, budgets, and deadlines; serves as an airport spokesperson.
