Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Strategic Communication and Legislative Policy Analyst to provide onsite support at the Mark Center or Pentagon, delivering expert analysis and messaging for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial and Investment Security (I2S).

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in public policy or related field, 7+ years in strategic communications, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, international relations, or related field.
7+ years in strategic communications with media monitoring and structured messaging plans.
Experience in Congressional budgeting and procurement processes.
Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Able to work fully onsite.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic communications and Congressional analysis for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial and Investment Security (I2S).
Support I2S engagement with DoD leaders, interagency stakeholders, and Congress with messaging actions.
Monitor Congressional correspondence, hearings, markups, and reports related to I2S.
Prepare weekly legislative status updates, synopsis reports, and ad-hoc briefings.
