Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Strategic Communicator to support a mission-focused U.S. Government Intelligence Community customer.

The role focuses on developing and implementing communications strategies, plans, and products to enhance workforce awareness, transparency, and engagement in high-tempo environments. The ideal candidate excels in writing and strategic messaging within public affairs, internal communications, and across digital, print, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, or related field with 6+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 4+ years.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government or Intelligence Community communications or public affairs programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of strategic communications planning, execution, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end internal communications support to promote workforce engagement and transparency.
• Create and implement integrated communications plans for programs and initiatives.
• Manage content for internal blogs, newsletters, websites, and other publications.
• Provide executive communications support, including talking points and leadership messages.
• Maintain brand identity and editorial standards across all products.
• Analyze communications effectiveness and advise adjustments based on analytics.
• Coordinate design and multimedia products for engaging content and storytelling.
• Translate complex information into clear content for broad internal audiences.
• Support outreach initiatives, events, and exhibits as needed.
