Job summary

Toptimum is seeking a Senior Communications professional to work directly with senior leadership on delivering a range of communications products and services across the program.

You will compile bi-weekly technical reports, craft concise entries, and create placemats using Adobe tools to accompany reports. The role supports five teams, conference planning, and executive communications with strong emphasis on accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in communications or related fields.
• 10+ years of corporate communications experience.
• Experience writing press releases, reports, articles, etc. with strong grammar and editing skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Cloud Suite and placemat design for customers.

Responsibilities

• Compile bi-weekly technical report highlighting team activities for directorate leadership.
• Create a placemat using Illustrator/Creative Cloud to accompany the report.
• Support placemat and presentation efforts for five teams; coordinate with client and Graphics team.
• Maintain a detailed Strategic Priorities document and other key materials.
• Provide strategic support for the annual conference; assist with logistics and agenda.
• Attend Director's meetings; take notes and prepare minutes for leadership records.
