Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or related field is required.
• 6 years of experience in a communications role including media relations, digital marketing, brand strategy, advertising, and/or extensive writing/editing.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to translate strategic thinking into action plans and outputs; strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications that support business goals and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate on communication strategies to support objectives, change initiatives, and issue management.
• Create, edit, publish, and oversee multi-channel communications (employee, executive, newsletters, speeches, website, email, social media).
• Coordinate content publishing across digital and traditional platforms; ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Maintain editorial excellence and ensure content quality, consistency, and grammar.
• Support media relations, crisis communication planning, and reputation management; engage with employees, customers, communities, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, Operations, Customer Experience, Strategy, Business Development, Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, and affiliates.
