You will help strengthen AES's reputation as a trusted energy partner and industry leader by developing compelling communications that connect with stakeholders across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience with renewable energy or utilities is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support AES' external communications strategy and strengthen reputation.
• Develop communications plans for project milestones from development to operations.
• Create project narratives and engagement strategies for community meetings and events.
• Develop media materials, leadership messaging, and briefing resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business priorities.
• Travel may be required based on project needs.
