Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing institutional narratives and messaging.
• Experience advising executives directly.
• Hands-on leader who has built or rebuilt teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate GiveWell’s research, grantmaking, and ideas into messages and frameworks for diverse audiences.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional communications initiatives and donor-facing campaigns.
• Advise senior leaders on audiences, framing, opportunities, and risks.
• Own GiveWell’s internal and external communications strategy and website messaging.
• Manage and develop a small team and scale the function over time.
