Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.
• Experience developing multichannel communication strategies across dispersed audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, digital communication channels, video content, and communication analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to develop strategic communication plans.
• Leads complex, multichannel projects from strategy to execution.
• Creates clear communications across intranet, email, newsletters, and print materials.
• Translates complex information into audience-focused messaging.
• Develops data-informed channel strategies across states and roles.
• Ensures grammar, brand consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and quality.
• Develops high-visibility communications for executives and leaders.
• Supports external and reputation-focused communications as needed.
• Establishes objectives and measures; analyzes engagement data and feedback.
