Qualifications

• Bachelor1s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent.
• 510 years of public relations or related experience, ideally in commercial real estate or development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Desire to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communications plans for Bedrock projects, initiatives and milestones.
• Create, edit and distribute press releases, pitches and narratives to define Bedrock1s mission and vision.
• Conduct media outreach to secure ongoing earned press coverage.
• Cultivate media relationships with local, regional and national media.
• Develop talking points and media statements as needed.
• Lead planning, execution and promotion of PR events with on-site support.
• Work across teams to align project priorities and strategies.
• Compile reporting and analyze Bedrock coverage using key metrics.
• Generate award submissions and coordinate speaking engagements.
