Job summary

As supervisor of the Communications Specialist, you will steward the communications plan, translate complex technical information into clear content, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure timely, culturally aligned communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of professional communications or marketing experience.
• One year of experience leading or supervising professional staff.
• Knowledge of writing, editing, and proofreading; proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and supervise the Communications Specialist.
• Develop and manage the communications plan for major technology transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with school/college liaisons to deliver timely, audience-appropriate content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications efforts.
