Antora Energy is hiring a Strategic Communications Manager to tell our story clearly, bridging communications, commercial, and policy. You’ll craft decks, briefs, and content for customers, communities, and policymakers, learning fast and collaborating across teams.

You’ll use AI to produce content faster, own workflows, and ensure accuracy across the company’s messaging. A strong writer with policy or campaigns experience fits well in this hybrid, San Jose area role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, marketing, policy, or related roles.
• Experience building content from scratch across formats and audiences.
• Strong writing and editing with good judgment on what to surface.
• Ability to move fast across many projects and shifting priorities.
• Comfort with basic design to build decks and one-pagers.
• Deep experience with AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Build and adapt decks, one-pagers, and materials for audiences and use cases.
• Produce and edit written content, talking points, posts, and visuals for different depths.
• Support cross-functional priorities at high-stakes events and partnerships.
• Assist policy and commercial teams on community engagement and policy initiatives.
• Drive announcements and executive communications including launch plans and social posts.
• Expand AI-assisted workflows and maintain the single source of truth for facts.
