Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Communications in Londonderry, NH. You will develop, implement and measure an integrated communications program reflecting the IVS business strategy, with emphasis on clear, engaging content for diverse audiences and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, support marketing campaigns, and produce speeches, articles and social content while monitoring industry trends and maintaining confidentiality. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and measure an integrated internal and external communications program aligned to the business strategy.
• Create strategic, innovative communications content for diverse internal and external audiences; develop key messages and materials.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and develop materials such as advertising, videos, webpages, brochures and presentations.
• Write speeches, articles, op-eds and other communications tactics for the sector President and leadership.
• Conduct research to develop metrics, monitor industry trends, and translate findings into actionable communications insights.
