• Collaborate with city departments to tailor messaging.
• Manage SPD social media channels and public image.
• Advise leadership during crises and times of turmoil.
• Engage with local, national, and international media on stories.
• Maintain relationships with external media partners to shape narratives with transparency and accountability.
