Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a related program (e.g., communications, public relations, journalism).
- Strong writing and editing abilities for news releases and talking points.
- Willingness to travel between schools and central offices.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with a team.
Responsibilities
- Create informational and promotional content that supports communication goals.
- Help plan strategic communication initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with communications-related research.
- Utilize data to adjust communication approaches.
- Write news releases, talking points and remarks for events.
- Take photos and/or videos at school and district activities.
- Organize photo/video and related content libraries.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Travel between schools and central offices will be required.
