What You’ll Be Doing:

Budget Management:

• Manage annual performance marketing budgets exceeding $100M.
• Develop advertising strategies for efficient cost recovery and profitability.

ROI Methodology Development:

• Establish and apply ROI methodologies to measure campaign success and inform decisions.
• Use data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.

Campaign Optimization:

• Develop, execute, and refine campaigns across onshore markets.
• Rapidly optimize strategies for scalability and higher returns.

Cross-Industry Expertise:

• Design innovative strategies for performance marketing, focusing on cryptocurrency, internet, or gaming.
• Identify market trends and technological advancements to improve marketing efforts.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams for cohesive strategies.
