Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive communications experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in nonprofit / healthcare / human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that advances Walker’s mission and goals.
• Lead media relations and draft press materials.
• Oversee digital channels and content calendar.
• Collaborate with CEO and SLT on initiatives and organizational messaging.
• Elevate Walker’s brand identity and storytelling across platforms.
