Omnicom’s UM agency is seeking an Associate Director, Communications Design in New York to orchestrate the Communications Plan and translate ideas into detailed architecture for market-ready experiences. You will guide the strategy with partners and analytics to deliver high-value, culturally rich campaigns.

You will manage delivery with cross-functional teams, drive KPI outcomes, and contribute to new business while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an integrated planning role in media or communications.
• Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports.
• Strong client, colleague, and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• MS Office proficiency required.

• Oversee development of detailed communications plan from idea.
• Present holistic approach to stakeholders with Director.
• Manage day-to-day outputs for client Communications Design.
• Educate clients on communications design marketplace trends.
• Oversee design team training in planning fundamentals.
• Lead best-practice planning with tools to surface insights.
