Job summary

Omnicom’s Initiative division seeks a Senior Communications Designer to craft and orchestrate the most effective client communications plan, spanning media, consumer insights and market intelligence to meet business goals. You will collaborate with media partners, guide audience targeting, and activate digital direct media while managing budgets and contributing to revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and data analysis skills, with in-office presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content).
• Category or audience experience as relevant per assignment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to impactful communications plan development to meet client needs.
• Manage client-facing information and documentation.
• Provide communications and audience intelligence inputs through syndicated and proprietary systems.
• Work with media vendors and cross-channel activation teams to share intelligence for planning and ideation.
• Support Strategy team with actionable insights and opportunities.
