Job summary

Cinnaire is seeking a Strategic Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day initiatives across print, digital, web, media, social and events channels. You will help develop content, coordinate projects from concept to completion and ensure messaging aligns with the organization’s brand.

The role involves producing materials, managing timelines, updating the website, and assisting with surveys, newsletters and press materials while collaborating closely with the Strategic Communications lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, portfolio, and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two years’ working experience in marketing or graphic design development.
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Marketing Communications projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Produce print and digital materials using InDesign templates and brand standards.
• Update and maintain the website and marketing assets for events and campaigns.
• Draft content for surveys, newsletters, announcements and case studies.
• Develop social media posts and supporting graphics for the content calendar.
• Track marketing KPIs and contribute to the department dashboard and reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, graphic design, public relations, or a related field
