Grace Church in Eden Prairie is hiring a Communications Coordinator to support internal communications, ministry outreach, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with Grace Church ministries to plan campaigns, manage graphics, print items, apparel, and displays, and promote events in alignment with the church’s branding.

The role requires 2+ years in Communications or Content Marketing, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Communications, Content Marketing or comparable position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, and the nuances of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual marketing.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and assign projects based on workloads and skill sets.
• Detail-oriented multi-tasker who can see work through from concept to completion.
• Exhibits a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and integrity in ministry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communications content with Grace Church ministries and support event promotion and marketing needs.
• Coordinate creative requests, including graphics, print items, apparel and displays.
• Plan and distribute weekly/monthly communications with ministry partners.
• Assist ministries with campaign development and events and create briefs to maintain workflow.
• Assist with social media content creation and collaboration.
• Maintain Grace Church branding in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Communications.
• Support other duties within the communications department as assigned.
• Plan and execute church-wide priorities and strategies, including potential new platforms or podcasts.
