Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a Communications Coordinator to lead content development, internal and external communications, and social media management. The role collaborates with marketing and design to craft promotional materials and campaigns.

You will manage multiple projects with deadlines, monitor media coverage, and help organize events such as press conferences and community outreach. A related bachelor’s degree is required with strong writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit content for newsletters, press releases, websites, and social media.
• Coordinate internal communications to inform and engage employees.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts with regular updates and follower interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to measure strategy effectiveness.
