Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred.
• Criminal background checks and First Aid/CPR required.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Experience in district communications or public relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates regular written and video content for district webpage and social media pages.
• Composes and designs documents for internal and external audiences and prepares presentation materials.
• Assists with the management of the district's Key Communicator Network and coordinates events.
• Manages background checks, volunteer coordination, and translation support as needed.
• Maintains district website pages and serves as website facilitator; handles inquiries.
