Job summary

MSI Communications in Anchorage is seeking an Account Manager to build trusted client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will work with the creative, media, video, and web teams, developing strategic plans, writing and editing materials, and guiding projects from strategy through execution.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and at least 3 years in marketing/PR; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising or PR
• Experience writing, editing, proofreading and managing communication projects across mediums (print, video, websites, social posts)
• Direct agency experience preferred or client-side experience with an agency
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing or advertising is highly preferred; Master’s a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-media communication campaigns for external and internal channels
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate with agency teams (creative, media, video, web) to deliver on strategy, on time and on budget
• Create and refine media tools: press releases, fact sheets, advisories, and crisis responses
• Deliver comprehensive strategic communications plans and client-facing reporting
