MSI Communications, Inc. in Anchorage, Alaska seeks a Creative Director to lead the creative team and raise the standard across client work and every channel it touches. This is a senior leadership role at the Anchorage headquarters, built for long-term growth into a VP of Creative Services.

Role includes overseeing brand campaigns, broadcast/video, digital, social, print, out-of-home, and web design; mentoring staff; and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work.

Formación

• 10+ years in agency creative leadership.
• Portfolio covering integrated campaigns (video, digital, social, print, outdoor).
• Strong design and/or copywriting/idea credibility.
• Experience presenting to senior clients and leading pitches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Creative Department and manage budgets and timelines.
• Mentor designers and art directors daily.
• Develop recurring programs to sharpen craft and presentation skills.
• Represent MSI creative in the community and competitions.
• Lead by example during deadlines and maintain direction.
