Pattern Energy in Chicago is seeking a Strategic Communications Associate to grow our communications capacity across development, construction, and operations, delivering project-specific strategy, materials, messaging, and digital presence.

You will partner with project teams and external agencies, produce drafts and content, manage regional digital channels, and help scale the function while protecting the company's license to operate.

Formación

• Three to five years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, content development, or related field.
• Experience creating and managing content for digital channels (websites, social media).
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, public-facing communications.
• Experience working with diverse audiences and simplifying concepts for general audiences.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to communications work.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and execute project-level communications strategies across development, construction, and operations.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to project leads and field teams.
• Maintain a broad view of regional priorities and flag risks and opportunities.
