Cohere is seeking a Coordinator, Corporate Communications to build analytics from the ground up and drive agentic transformation across the communications function. You will support senior leadership, align messaging with business priorities, and manage cross-functional projects to elevate Cohere’s corporate narratives globally.

In this role, you will craft clear, compelling messaging for executives, policy and internal communications, and external stakeholders while coordinating with product

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting in-house communications teams in fast-paced tech or AI environments.
• Excellent writing and ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives.
• Strong project management skills with bias for action.
• Able to build and scale agents and communications tools across teams.
• Comfortable navigating organizational dynamics and building relationships at all levels.
• Creative thinker with ability to adapt formats and channels for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting and analytics for corporate communications from the ground up.
• Lead development of agentic transformation to improve team efficiency.
• Support senior manager with messaging for leadership, product, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee comprehensive corporate communications strategies aligned with goals and brand.
• Assist teams with rapid response ideation and execution.
• Pitch in on executive speaking engagements, industry conferences, and customer events.
• Collaborate on channel ecosystem optimization across earned, owned, and employee engagement tools.
• Support cross-functional storytelling that amplifies customer success and executive thought leadership.
