Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field; or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations or production/planning.
• Ability to understand Power Supply specifications and semiconductor tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent cross-functional and executive-level communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate supplier terms and manage supplier agreements for best terms.
• Direct new supplier engagement or disengagement as needed.
• Collaborate across Lam to meet business objectives.
• Identify supply issues and communicate findings to senior leaders.
• Drive resolution of cost, delivery, quality, and development challenges.
• Analyze cost, capacity, and benchmarking to optimize supplier performance.
• Communicate clearly and write reports for internal stakeholders.
• Influence through compelling arguments and presentations; produce business documents.
