Job summary

PrideNow is recruiting a Strategic Commodity Manager 4 in Livermore, CA to lead seven commodities, starting with OEM parts, and develop a three-year strategic vision to strengthen supply, quality, and cost efficiency in a global, matrixed environment.

The role reports within Lam Research’s Global Supplier Management and requires strong strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence senior leadership and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience building long-term sourcing roadmaps and supplier development.
• Strong negotiation and global supplier relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence leadership.

• Develop and execute a three-year commodity vision and strategy.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management and negotiations.
• Align supplier capabilities with business needs across a global matrix.
