Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead strategic procurement and supplier strategy, delivering cost savings and improved performance. You will drive category management for indirect spends, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with indirect materials and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the escalation point for supplier performance, delivery, quality, and contract issues.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate and manage supplier agreements.
• Utilize spend analytics and market intelligence to support procurement decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, quality, and working capital.
