Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering, or comparable field.
• 10+ years in strategic procurement, global category management preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies with cost savings.
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured, results-oriented with initiative.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative, competitive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex agreements.
• Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities; mitigate supply-chain risks.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Business Line and Quality to meet internal requirements.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic initiatives to management.
• Support product development and resourcing strategies locally and globally.
