Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Five+ years of supply chain experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided.
• Travel up to 15% domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals to ensure reliable supply chain for mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Monitor supplier performance to drive improvements and ensure global supply chain networks meet operational needs.
• Achieve cost savings and working capital improvements (DPO/Inventory) through negotiations, eSourcing, and supplier selection strategies.
• Lead projects within assigned commodities and support annual financial planning cycles.
• Manage diverse group of suppliers – ensure KPI improvements and negotiate contracts.
• Assist with other strategic operations and supply chain projects as needed.
• Offer support and mentoring for Associate Commodity Managers.
