Qualifications

• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of sourcing experience with Commodity Management experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and office software, especially Excel and PPT.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for the Americas region.
• Conduct supplier negotiations on contract terms and conditions.
• Perform market analysis and provide budget/savings plans to management.
• Establish a regional supplier base and ensure ISO/quality compliance.
• Lead supplier benchmarking and align costs across regions.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize landed cost and lead times.
• Support design-for-sourcing and expediting materials as needed.
• Report monthly/quarterly on price negotiations with suppliers.
