Qualifications

• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• Knowledge of commodity cost drivers and supplier management.
• 0–3 years of sourcing experience with Commodity Management.
• Skilled in supplier development and management.
• Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Excel & PPT.
• English required; Spanish and Mandarin preferred.
• Automotive industry quality knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal/communication/coordination skills.
• Ability to work with global counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for the Americas.
• Negotiate supplier terms and contracts.
• Analyze market conditions and present savings plans to management.
• Establish regional supplier base in the Americas per IATF16949/ISO 9000.
• Lead supplier benchmarking and align costs across regions.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize suppliers and costs.
• Support design for sourcing and manufacturing in NPD process.
• Expedite material and re-schedule per market demand as needed.
• Coordinate with finance for timely supplier payments.
