You will build strong vendor relationships, monitor inventory, negotiate terms, and support regulatory documentation, with emphasis on cost reduction and process improvements across AJM facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
• 2–4 years of procurement experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with manufacturing procurement is helpful

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of equipment, supplies, raw materials and services.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed.
• Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Support internal cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and data integrity for audits.
