Job summary

Worley is seeking a Commissioning / Completions Scheduler to help transition major capital projects from construction through commissioning, startup, and turnover. The role requires planning and scheduling expertise to support safe, efficient, and timely execution across disciplines, including construction, commissioning, operations, and client teams.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor progress, analyze risks, and provide visibility into readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, commissioning or startup.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM or energy/industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, turnover and startup processes.
• Experience developing integrated project schedules in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update commissioning, completions, turnover, startup, and operational readiness schedules.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities into a comprehensive project schedule.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure schedule alignment and readiness.
• Develop logic-driven schedules to support handover and startup sequencing.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays, and constraints affecting execution.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.
