• Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate proposals for painting projects, including repainting, interior and exterior work, and tenant improvements.
• Estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor support, and other project costs.
• Track proposal activity, follow up with customers, and update proposal status for sales meetings.
• Review contracts and prepare clear work orders communicating project requirements to Project Managers and production teams.
