Job summary

DHL Express USA is seeking a Commercial Program Manager to drive commercial effectiveness and operational excellence across U.S. Areas by aligning sales processes, technology, reporting, and performance management with the organization’s growth objectives.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to Sales Leadership, translating priorities into actionable programs, delivering insights for decision‑making, and ensuring consistent execution across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level professional contributor
• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, any other business analytics tools are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field or MS/MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field
• Professional certification is required in some areas

Responsibilities

• Lead critical commercial planning processes, including Budget, Forecast, SFO, and Data Quality management.
• Deliver strategic analysis and insights to leadership to identify growth opportunities, business risks, market trends, and performance gaps.
• Drive operational excellence and process automation by streamlining workflows and implementing scalable solutions.
• Manage and optimize commercial tools and platforms (STELLAR, GSIP+, GCPT, GCDB, Go!, Power BI, Snowflake).
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and availability for executive reporting and decision making.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to align commercial initiatives with regional and national strategies.
