Job summary

AAR Corp is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Pricing to support pricing for customers, contracts, and RFP/RFQ opportunities. You will track historical pricing, analyze market trends, and help build competitive pricing while protecting margins.

Collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance will ensure pricing accuracy and clarity. You will also prepare pricing summaries, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations, with responsibility reporting to the Customer Service Manager and no

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Advanced experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, or similar tools.
• U.S. Citizenship with no sponsorship due to security clearance requirement.
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English reading/writing.
• Ability to turn data into clear summaries or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review historical pricing data and market trends to support pricing decisions.
• Create and validate customer pricing for contracts, RFPs, RFQs, and flat-rate pricing opportunities.
• Organize and maintain contract information, including pricing terms and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with labor, material, and vendor costs, turnaround times, and margin expectations.
• Prepare pricing summaries, margin reviews, and business recommendations for management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations based on pricing data and business trends.
• Support additional projects and analysis as assigned.
